Make the change
I woke up this morning in a stage of flux, in between a sense of completion and a need for change. Following my morning meditation , and the following period of reflection and visualisation my thoughts are simple. When you achieve a goal or feel the need for change, the definition of your next steps must occur right away. So here are a few of mine:
Remove clutter and distractions from my environment (phone, email subscriptions, my home, workspace and mind)
Take actionable steps every week, every day to grow my business, and find someone who will hold me accountable
Don’t do things just because, life must have meaning
Focus more on nutrition
Spend more time giving 100% of my attention to my daughter.
